If you're a parent in New South Wales, the government's Creative Kids program gives you a voucher worth up to $100 per child, per year, to put towards creative and educational activities — and that includes coding and AI classes. Here's how to use it for an Airbotix program.
What is the Creative Kids voucher?
Creative Kids is a NSW Government initiative that helps families cover the cost of structured creative activities for school-enrolled children. Each eligible child can receive one $100 voucher per calendar year, and it can be applied to approved providers offering coding, digital arts, music, drama, and more.
Step-by-step: claiming and using your voucher
- Apply through Service NSW — log in to your MyServiceNSW account (or create one) and apply for the voucher using your child's details.
- Receive your voucher code — it's issued instantly and is valid for the calendar year.
- Choose an Airbotix program — for example, our AI Game Studio holiday workshop or after-school program.
- Apply the voucher at enrolment — give us the voucher number and we deduct the value from your fees.
What you can put it towards at Airbotix
- AI Game Studio holiday workshops — multi-day, build-a-game intensives
- After-school AI coding programs — weekly sessions during term
- Beginner trial bundles — start with the Snake game and progress up the ladder
A few things to check
The voucher is per child and resets each calendar year, so it's worth claiming early. It can't be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable between children. If you're unsure whether your chosen program qualifies, just ask us before enrolling — we'll confirm eligibility.
