What does the booking process look like for a school?
Submit the school enquiry form and we reply with available dates, student-number options and a formal quote — within 2 business days for workshops, and within 5 business days for a whole-year co-taught program proposal.
What does it cost the school?
It depends on the format. After-school clubs can run parent-paid, with the school providing only a room. Incursion workshops are priced per cohort and formally quoted with your dates. Term programs and annual partnerships are quoted in the proposal.
Do our teachers need AI or coding experience?
No. Programs are co-taught: our instructors carry the technical content and your staff stay in the room as the classroom leads. The curriculum is aligned to Digital Technologies F–10.
Who supplies the hardware?
We do. We arrive with mBot kits, sensors, cables and spares, and everything returns with us — no procurement and no equipment liability on the school’s side.
How do you handle AI safety and parent communication?
Every AI request runs through our moderated gateway with input and output filtering, and student data stays in Australia. The compliance pack includes an AI-use explainer written for parents, so your office can answer questions before they arrive.
Can you run multiple year groups in one visit?
Yes — we can run back-to-back cohorts across a full day, and schools often book two year groups in a single visit to make the most of the travel cost.
